Talk about domination! With four races remaining in the 2013 Monster Nationals Winter Racing Series, Mark Hall and Raminator have already clinched the championship.
Mark and his 2013 Ram Heavy Duty-based monster truck—Raminator—won both Friday and Saturday’s events (March 15 and 16) at the Sears Center in Chicago. The wins pushed Mark’s season point total to 1,075, more than 600 points higher than his closest competitor, mathematically eliminating the possibility for any other driver to overtake his lead. Only 400 points remain up for grabs in the series.
When all is said and done, this will be the 19th championship for Mark, who is also a seven-time winner of the Monster Truck Racing Association Driver of the Year Award. It is the 20th championship overall for the Hall Bros. Racing team.
Mark’s championship added to an impressive mid-March weekend for Ram-sponsored motorsports teams in general. On Friday, March 15, in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, snowmobile phenom Tucker Hibbert secured his seventh national snocross title by turning in yet another impressive run in a season marked by first-rate performances.
Congratulations to our champions. The Ram Truck brand is proud to be a sponsor of you both.
