Real People, Real Trucks | It Takes Care of Me, I Take Care of It

Real People, Real Trucks | It Takes Care of Me, I Take Care of ItAs we mentioned in this blog post, June 1 through June 9, 2013, is National Fishing and Boating Week in the United States. To mark the occasion, RamZone is presenting a very special edition of Real People, Real Trucks. The story comes to us from Columbus, Georgia, and features Aldo R., a fisherman who clearly understands the value a good truck can add to his favorite pastime.

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with a HEMI® engine, and this truck does not die. I take it fishing, and it holds my poles. I open my tailgate, and it holds my fish. My truck is used for camping, traveling, fishing and just about everything else. Throw a canopy over the back of the truck, load it with blankets and pillows, and sleep well overnight. There is plenty of leg space. I love my truck. I take care of it, and it takes care of me.

We’re happy to hear you and your truck have bonded, Aldo. Nothing could please us more, except maybe tagging along on one of your fishing trips. Looks like you know all the best places.

To the rest of our RamZone readers: Please remember that you’re invited to submit your own Ram Trucks stories here or by clicking the Real People, Real Trucks button located to the right of this post.

Enjoy National Fishing and Boating Week, everyone!
