Packing Checklist for Camping, Summer Edition

Packing Checklist for Camping, Summer Edition

If you own a Ram Truck, or plan to, it’s a safe bet that you’re no stranger to the great outdoors. We know from experience that many Ram enthusiasts (ourselves included) are just as comfortable in the woods and campgrounds as they are in, say, their own living rooms—maybe more so. Evidence of this comes in multiple forms, from the great pictures posted to the Ram Facebook page (like this one, this one and this one), to the unwavering popularity of the Ram 1500 Outdoorsman.

Looking back on our own experiences in the woods—at overnight camping trips especially—it seems the best all have something in common: the better prepared we were before setting out, the more we seemed to enjoy ourselves once we arrive at our destination. Come to think of it, that’s true with not just camping but with just about anything in life, including the design and engineering of award-winning trucks. But that’s another story (and a good one, too).
