What do you get when an award-winning truck brand partners with the reigning female vocalist of the year? A chance to help shelter animals, and that’s just for starters.

Ram is pleased to announce a new partnership with award-winning country music sensation Miranda Lambert. The partnership officially kicks off today, November 5, and to celebrate, Miranda is auctioning off a customized Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn just like the one she drives, with all proceeds going to benefit MuttNation Foundation.

2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn

Co-founded by Lambert, MuttNation Foundation has raised over $2.2 million in the last seven years to help end animal cruelty, neglect and homelessness. With a winning bid on the new Ram truck or one of the other items up for auction, including Lambert-signed guitars as well as copies of Miranda’s fifth studio album, Platinum, you can show your support for the MuttNation mission: to help build shelters for better animal care, to increase pet adoption and to promote responsible pet guardianship in addition to other worthy goals.

It’s a mission and a partnership that Ram Trucks can get behind. “Miranda Lambert and Ram Trucks are a perfect fit,” said Robert Hegbloom, President and CEO of the Ram brand. “She values hard work, courage and lives her life to the fullest – the same characteristics that our brand celebrates in our owners.”

What a great cause. Miranda Lambert is of the most genuine talents in country music. Glad that yall are helping to support each other. Goodness knows she is a perfect fit for Dodge. 🙂

I would love to say this is a positive thing, but given the information on hand I can’t. Ram just lost my $40K. My reasoning? While this might be cute and helpful in some way, there are far too many people that need our support and attention, including babies. Please help a baby that you don’t know or never met first, then a puppy, in that order. These are serious times, and we have to get our priorities straight. God bless Ms. Lambert and all of us in America.

Animals are just as important and have as many feelings and feel as much, if not more Love than humans. They need our help as much as people do!

      • Daffusjay

I Love Dogs , Birds, Fish and Animals as much as anyone , But They do not have a soul. Humans are more important in GOD’S eyes. But RAM Trucks are the best and spirited. OH! I stayed in a RAM 1500 Laramie, last night , instead of Holiday Inn !!!!!!

        • dee

Yes they do have a soul, and you are wrong. they are as important as people. Its obvious they feel love more than you do, Daffusjay. Shame on you!

Wow all I can say is the government should be taking of that instead of helping 3rd world bs so if you need to get off slamming Dodge and as for not buying a Dodge good go buy a pile of crap some where else make sure you do your part and buy American cry baby

I disagree, people get themselves into the situations they are in and babies can get free Medicaid and all sorts of stuff, puppies don’t get any of that, it’s up to us to help the animals, sorry, but Ram got my money and so do the animals, Way to go Miranda, you rock!

Remember the story…God walked the Earth naming every creature as he came upon them. All the while a little companion creature followed along side him. When all were named the companion ask God, have you not a name for me? God replied I’ve saved the last name for you, “Dog”.
