If you’re going to win, win big. That’s just what Thomas Ferguson did when he won a 2010 Ram 2500 4×4 Crew Cab dubbed “Big Boss”. Now how does one win a tricked out Ram that outfitted with over $75,000 of equipment? It’s quite simple, Thomas entered ProPickup magazine’s 2010 Big Boss Sweepstakes. His name was pulled from more than 9,000 entries ProPickup magazine had received during the nearly year-long sweepstakes program. The Ram Truck “Big Boss” was customized by the magazine’s staff and Truck Supply & Outfitters in Tuscaloosa.
As a vice president of public relations for Titan Mining Reclamation, Thomas just doesn’t sit behind a desk all day pounding out press releases. Many times he has to drive and tow trailers loaded with heavy construction equipment down to the work sites to reclaim coal mines. He also coordinates with other contractors in developing new road building projects. Therefore he’s in the thick of it getting dirty.
“This Ram pickup is going to give me the push I need to keep working hard and accomplish my goals,” said the Thomas. “I followed every article in the magazine and every post on the web site as the ‘Big Boss’ was being built last year. It’s a great truck and I can’t wait to put it to work. Having a pickup set up the way the magazine did with the Big Boss gives me all the tools I need to get the job done in style,”
Thomas is also an avid Ram truck fan who just retired his 1998 Ram diesel. Now when his new ‘Big Boss’ Ram pulls into a job site, we’re sure the contractors will knuckle down a little bit more!
