Before the WNFR rodeo contestants entered the Thomas & Mack Center, Ram Trucks Battle of the Bands winner Justine Blazer warmed up the crowd in the crisp Las Vegas air on Friday night. Blazer, who won for her song “New Country Beat,” brought her Detroit soul and southern twang to the country-loving crowd.
