A Farewell to Winter from Ram Trucks Sno-Commander

The Ram Trucks Sno-Commander was designed for one thing: clearing snow.

Sno-Commander was a popular model in the 70s and 80s, and was known for being a heavy-duty and reliable work truck. The Sno-Commander came standard with 4-wheel drive and a V8 engine. It also included the snow plow, heavy-duty cooling, large battery, and provisions on the engine to hook up hydraulics to work the plow, as well as the cab controller. Not to mention, a snazzy reflective stripe up the side, and “Ready to Go When You Receive It!”

  • I remember these bad boys from back in the day. My uncle had one and used to plow for our little town near Buffalo, NY. If it could plow there with no problem, I doubt it had any issues plowing anywhere else.
