If the vehicle’s profile looks familiar, that’s because the RAM C/V is brought to you by the people who pioneered the minivan, and there’s over 25 years of engineering experience backing up the platform. Upgrades for commercial use include a heavy-duty radiator and transmission cooler, while a heavy-duty suspension system raises the RAM C/V’s maximum Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) to 8,750 lbs.
An enclosed, windowless cargo area keeps valuable inventory safe and secure, away from prying eyes, or buyers can also select from a variety of glass/panel combinations. Total cargo volume is a whopping 144.4 cubic feet, impressive for a vehicle with such a tidy footprint, while the aluminum cargo deck can easily accommodate 4×8 ft. sheet materials stowed flat on the floor. The RAM C/V might be compact on the outside, but it’s big on the inside.
