Just like the summer road trip is a staple of American culture, the summer tour is a staple of American Country Music. This year, the two come together in the Ram Summer Tour, an exciting contest and sweepstakes in which one lucky winner will take home the ultimate prize—a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. Here’s how it works.
Each week country music star Kristy Lee Cook will post a short video on Ram’s official Facebook page, specifically the Summer Tour tab. In the video, Kristy will guide viewers through an American city, highlighting points of interest and discussing how the city in question shares an important link with Ram.
Viewers will also be given hints with regard to the next city Kristy will be visiting, or will be directed to the social media channels where the next hints will live. The first 50 people who correctly guess Kristy’s next tour stop will be rewarded with some very cool swag. Weekly contest prizes include $100 and $50 fuel cards, camping tents, duffel bags, and much, much more.
Sweepstakes prizes, awarded randomly to one person each week, will include jet skis with trailer (four total pairs), single-seat kayaks with trailer (five total pairs), and, of course, the Mega Grand Prize to be awarded to one lucky winner at the end of the contest, a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn.
