It’s hard to beat a good story.
More than 1500 small businesses and independent organizations submitted their stories to the Work Like a Pro contest, a joint venture between Ram Trucks and our close partner Chrysler Commercial Vehicles. Out of those 1500 stories, only a select few made it to the final round. While the merit of each finalist was clear to our panel of expert judges, in the end only one story could win the day.
The Ram Truck brand in conjunction with Chrysler Commercial Vehicles is pleased to announce that the winner of the Work Like a Pro contest as well as the grand prize—a brand new 2014 Ram ProMaster—is Almost Home No-Kill Animal Rescue from West Bloomfield, Michigan. Here, in the shelter’s own words, is its mission.
We are a nonprofit organization founded in 2003 that prides itself on a solid record of finding homes for abandoned animals with a 100% no-kill mission. We provide a safe haven for unwanted animals of all ages until they are placed in loving forever homes with an adoption rate of 90-100%. Our reward is saving the lives of these forgotten animals.
Please join us in congratulating Almost Home. The organization will now have the feature-packed 2014 Ram ProMaster to aid in their truly admirable efforts of rescuing dogs and cats.
