Ram Jam 2012 | A One-of-a-Kind Experience Featuring Country Music, Charity, and Ram Trucks

Upon approaching Marathon Music Works in Nashville, Tennessee, one would never guess that just behind the simple metal doors, five big-name country music acts might be waiting to play an invite-only concert. However, when the doors swing open, it doesn’t take long to realize what the Marathon really is: the perfect place for just over 160 Ram and country music fans to enjoy a country music concert of epic proportions.

That’s just what happened on that Saturday, December 29, 2012, when five country music artists, all of whom could headline their own tours, converged on this tiny venue just off the beaten path in downtown Nashville. They came to speak about their charities and their trucks, and most important, to rock out in a way that can only happen in Music City.

Zac Brown Band, Brantley Gilbert, Billy Currington, Easton Corbin, and Kellie Pickler each took the stage for a short set and left the small crowd roaring as if it were a sold-out stadium of thousands. The entire experience was an emotional journey, one ranging from high-energy rock riffs to twangy ballads to heartfelt tributes to the troops, loved ones passed, and, of course, the five charities that mean so much to each of these artists. At the end of the afternoon, nearly everyone in attendance had laughed, cried, and truly connected with an experience that only Ram Trucks could provide.
