The Ram 1500 Rumble Bee Concept Truck

On August 17, 2013, Ram Trucks revealed the Ram 1500 Rumble Bee, a concept truck inspired by the late ‘60s-era Dodge Super Bees. Given the positive reaction RamZone readers had to this truck and our coverage of it, we thought we’d remind you of other concept trucks recently developed by the Ram Trucks brand and recently featured on RamZone.

Our look back at past concept trucks begins with the Ram “Long-Hauler” concept, a Ram 5500 Chassis Cab with a total fuel capacity of 170 gallons for extreme driving range.

The net effect is a Class 5 pickup truck with a 37,500-lb. Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR).”
