2011 Kentucky Derby Wrap Up

The dust has settled at Churchill Downs. The seats are empty along “millionaire’s row” and the maintenance crews are cleaning up the stables. The 137th running of the Kentucky Derby is now in the record books and like of previous events, was filled with drama an excitement. A young colt so aptly named “Animal Kingdom” had a powerful and explosive winning finish. His 20 to 1 odds and the fact he had never raced on dirt had everyone shaking their heads in disbelief.

That same winning spirit of “Animal Kingdom” is what we’re all about. Our drive and determination is what makes us work harder in building great trucks. Hopefully you were at the Running of the Roses and got to see our fleet of Ram 1500 to 3500 Heavy Duty trucks on display and in action working at Churchill Downs. In case you didn’t, take a peek at the gallery below and be sure to catch the next gem in horse racing’s Triple Crown – The Preakness. Once again drive, determination and power will ultimately determine the winner – just like Ram!
