Ram Trucks Go Big at the State Fair of Texas

They say everything is bigger in the Lone Star State, and the Ram Truck display at the State Fair of Texas was no exception. Ram trucks rolling into Dallas included the 1500 Lone Star, 2500 Power Wagon, 3500 Laramie Longhorn, Mopar® editions, and more.

But trucks weren’t the only must-sees at the Ram display. The 6.7L Cummins cutout was a sight to behold, as were the Ram #1 fans, cowboy lassoing station, rodeo performances, the  Mapapa Acrobats from Kenya, and Bocephus, a mechanical bull, to which one onlooker said, “Only way I’m riding a bull is with a knife and fork in front of it.”

The fair itself was loaded with good times: Livestock, the Cotton Bowl, a midway, musical performances by the likes of Randy Travis and the Bengals, and as much fried food as you could shake a corn dog at. Plus, someone drove past the display riding a motorized cooler… no, really.
