The Pentastar V-6 Engine and the 2013 Ram 1500
The longer it’s on the market, the more the all-new 2013 Ram 1500 separates itself from the competition. Today we offer up another example of how that happens: Ward’s Automotive has named the Pentastar® V-6, standard in the latest 1500, to its list of ten best engines for 2013. Impressive in its own right, the award becomes more remarkable when you take into account one important fact—no other engine on this year’s list was evaluated in a truck.
Make no mistake, 2012 was a good year for Ram. We credit that to solid sales numbers and a number of awards, not to mention one of the most important developments in the history of Ram Trucks: the introduction of the all-new 2013 Ram 1500, a true game changer of a truck.
