Last week I was searching for a family-friendly 4×4 extended cab truck. I’d been searching for about a month and a half and everything I was looking at for the most part was not what a dad like me needed. Then, while driving home from looking at another truck, I came across this awesome-looking ‘01 Ram 1500 Laramie SLT 4×4 Quad Cab 4 door. It’s got a 5.9l V-8 engine. Its driveability and handling are not what you’d expect from a truck—my nine-month-old falls asleep within the first three minutes of being in it. I love it and can’t wait until I get it customized.
